DESCRIPTION:Join Dr. Gerad Hardy for a practical\, hands-on session on Conflict Resolution\, using techniques from Getting to Yes. Through interactive exercises and small group discussion\, participants will learn strategies to address workplace conflicts constructively\, negotiate effectively\, and maintain strong team dynamics.  \nWhy does Conflict Resolution matter? \nAccording to a widely cited workplace conflict overview\, employees spend an average of 2.8 hours per week dealing with conflict — costing organizations an estimated $359 billion annually in lost productivity . This highlights how unresolved conflict drains time and resources that could be used for productive work.
