DESCRIPTION:Join Dr. Gerad Hardy\, Assistant Professor of Management at the Else School of Management\, for an engaging\, hands-on leadership session on Emotional Intelligence. Using insights from Emotional Agility by Susan David\, this class blends interactive exercises and group discussion to help participants strengthen self-awareness\, navigate emotions in the workplace\, and lead with confidence. \n Why does Emotional Intelligence matter? \nLeaders with strong emotional intelligence make better decisions and build stronger teams.
