The Resilient Leader

Today’s workforce faces increasing stress, burnout, anxiety, and work-life balance challenges. This interactive workshop will help employees and managers recognize common wellbeing concerns and learn practical strategies to create healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Led by Dr. Walter Frazier, a licensed professional counselor, with Grace Christian Counseling Center, participants will leave with actionable tools to improve team culture, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing.

All participants will receive lunch and the book: The Leader’s Guide to Resilience by Audrey Tang
