No More Excuses: Building a Culture of Accountability

Join Dr. Gerad Hardy for an interactive session on Accountability & Ownership, using The Oz Principle as a guide. Participants will engage in practical exercises and small group discussions to learn how to foster responsibility, reduce blame, and create a culture where team members own their results.
