A guest speaker leads a discussion on customer relationships, sales strategy, and marketing channels, including practical low-cost and no-cost tools entrepreneurs can use to attract and grow their customer base.

Participants then complete a hands-on activity to identify the most effective relationship-building strategies and communication channels for their own business idea.
